Youth Mindfulness Mastery Program
Transformative Mindfulness Training for Young Minds
The Noble Touch Youth Mindfulness Mastery Program (YMMP) empowers students with essential skills in stress management, emotional resilience, focus, and social interactions. Research-backed and school-based, YMMP transforms students' lives, fostering mindfulness, confidence, and success both in and out of the classroom.
Why Choose YMMP?
Today’s students face high stress and social pressures. Over the past decade, school-based mindfulness programs using yoga and meditation have shown significant benefits: improved memory, attention, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and reduced stress and anxiety. Mindfulness practices support brain areas linked to self-regulation and adaptability, leading New York City schools to adopt these programs to enhance students' well-being, academic performance, and overall quality of life.
The Noble Touch Youth Mindfulness Mastery Program (YMMP) equips them with essential tools for self-regulation, emotional resilience, and focus through a structured program combining mindfulness, creative visualization, movement, and breathing techniques. These practices empower students to build a foundation of self-awareness and positive social behaviors.
Programs For Students
Preventative
This program offers a safe, supportive environment where students engage in mindfulness, breathing exercises, and visualization techniques to manage stress and build resilience. Through sessions on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and social skills, students gain tools to face challenges with confidence. The program, adaptable as an elective, advisory, or after-school option, is designed to fit school culture, needs, and budget, with a recommended minimum of two sessions per week for eight weeks for meaningful results.
Intervention
This program provides targeted support for students experiencing emotional dysregulation or trauma, helping them build resilience through mindfulness, emotional regulation, and coping skills. In a compassionate setting, students practice grounding exercises, breathing techniques, and visualization to manage intense emotions. Offered as a mid-day or after-school program, this flexible approach adapts to each school's schedule and budget, delivering timely support that stabilizes emotions and nurtures students' well-being.
Programs For Teachers
Professional Development
For optimal success with the Youth Mindfulness Mastery Program (YMMP), staff involved in student support—teachers, counselors, social workers, and others—are encouraged to receive specialized training. Tailored to each school’s culture and student needs, these professional development sessions equip staff with tools to reinforce YMMP techniques and foster a mindful, supportive environment.
